Meeting spaces are available for small gatherings and large conferences, with our largest venue seating up to 500 guests. All of our group retreat packages include a private meeting space for your event, which our Guest Services team will set up prior to your arrival according to your specifications. We also include the use of our A/V equipment, all at no extra charge.

Tabernacle
Max Capacity: 500 (walls up) / 750 (walls down)

The Tabernacle is our largest meeting space. It features a large stage, sound booth, lighting, and sound equipment.
Wall dividers allow us to create six breakout rooms, three on each side, with a long rectangular room in the center. Each room has a maximum capacity of 40. These breakout rooms are versatile and can be used as an office, nursery, green room, and more.

Musgrove Room

The Musgrove Rooms refers to the east half of our Dining Room, where we use wall dividers to section the room. This meeting space includes a tasteful stone fireplace, windows overlooking the property, and a wall-mounted TV.

The Dining Room has a meeting space on the second floor overlooking the main dining area. It has a rectangular layout and features multiple chair and table configurations. Portable AV equipment is available. Restrooms are located downstairs.
Dining Room Meeting (Upper)
This meeting space is located on the second level of our Dining Room and overlooks the main dining area. Portable A/V equipment is available upon request.
Northside Hall - Greisen

Greisen is on the North side of the property. This newly renovated space has a relaxed vibe! Meeting space amenities include a wall-mounted TV and sound equipment. Restrooms are located nearby.
