Meeting Rooms

 One private meeting room with complimentary A/V equipment is included

Meeting spaces are available for small gatherings and large conferences, with our largest venue seating up to 500 guests. All of our group retreat packages include a private meeting space for your event, which our Guest Services team will set up prior to your arrival according to your specifications. We also include the use of our A/V equipment, all at no extra charge.

Tabernacle

Max Capacity: 500 (walls up) / 750 (walls down)

The Tabernacle is our largest meeting space.  It features a spacious, permanent stage, sound booth, and lighting and sound equipment.  It also includes its own restrooms.  The divider walls can separate the wings into 6 break out spaces, 3 on each side.  Each room has a capacity of 40 guests.  Breakout rooms can be for camp office, nursery, green room, etc.

Musgrove Room

The northern half of the dining room can be separated with dividing walls to become a main meeting space.  This spot will make guests feel comfortable with a beautiful stone fireplace and windows overlooking the property. It features multiple chair and table configurations.  The room includes a projector, screen, and sound equipment. Restrooms are located nearby.

Dining Room Meeting (Upper Room)

The Dining Room has a meeting space on the second floor overlooking the main dining area.  It has a rectangular layout and features multiple chair and table configurations.  Portable AV equipment is available.  Restrooms are located downstairs.
