Wheat State Retreat Center offers comfortable, year-round accommodations for up to 400 overnight guests with a mix of motel-style and dorm-style lodging. Additionally, we provide 13 full RV hookup sites.

Whether you're planning a group retreat, family camp, or conference, Wheat State Retreat Center has the perfect lodging options to meet your needs.

Wheat State has three motel rooms available. These rooms are excellent for guest speakers and group leaders. Two rooms are furnished with one queen bed, accommodating up to two guests each. The third room sleeps five guests and has a queen bed, a full-size pull-out bed, and a twin-size pull-out bed.

All motel rooms have private attached bathrooms. Additional motel room amenities include a microwave, mini fridge, TV, and coffee maker.

Experience the charm of traditional dorm-style lodging! A standout feature of our dorms is private outdoor access for every room. Furnished with versatile bunk bed configurations, our dorms cater to various group sizes and preferences. Approximately half of our dorm rooms offer the convenience of attached private restrooms and showers, while the remaining half provide shared bathroom facilities.

Our dorms are a practical and affordable choice for budget-conscious groups! For large groups seeking additional beds, we have overflow rooms available on an as needed basis. For more information on overflow availability, inquire with our Booking Office.

RV 

Wheat State features 13 full-hook-up RV sites with electricity, water, and sewer for groups seeking a closer connection with nature. Sites may also be reserved for tent camping. For more information or to add camping sites to your group's retreat package, please contact the booking office at 833-943-2878.

Campsites may only be reserved by retreat and conference groups.

Upon your arrival, we kindly request all campers to check in at the office to receive their assigned campsite. To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, we have a few rules in place. Please always keep your pets on a leash and refrain from bringing them into any buildings, excluding certified service animals. We also strictly enforce a no-alcohol policy for the safety and comfort of all our guests.
